**Position Overview**:
The Clinical Health Services (CHS) Site Supervisor position is responsible for the oversight and supervision of a mobile immunization clinical team. The Site Supervisor will oversee vaccination activities within the community and on the mobile unit within Harris County. Ensuring compliance in accordance with all Harris County Public Health policies and procedures as delegated by the CHS Advanced Practice Provider along with state and federal guidelines. This position will require local travel throughout the county where vaccinations and mobile health services are needed. This position supports the Harris County Public Health Department (HCPH), and reports to the Clinical Health Services (CHS) Program Manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily activities of the mobile vaccine & health operation team in both clinical and community settings by providing direction and supervision to team members
- Coordinate staff assignments, monitor staff time and attendance, maintaining ongoing contact with staff and report any staffing issues
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of medical health services provided for medical records, vaccine records, patients safety reports and key performance indicators are completed.
- Ensure compliance with all training, internal policies, procedures, and protocols as well as external guidelines, laws and regulations as appropriate
- Ensure the setup and breakdown of mobile health & vaccine sites is done safely and timely and that all supplies are accounted for and distributed to the proper stations within the site
- Establish and maintain relationships with Harris County partners and host sites such as Harris County Precincts, School Districts, Houses of Worship, Long-term Care Facilities, Shelters, and private businesses.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Emergency Management, Business/Public Administration, or other related field

**Experience**:

- Two (2) years of experience in public health, healthcare administration, emergency management, business/public administration with one (1) of those years in a supervisory position

**OR**
- Six (6) years of experience in public health, healthcare administration, emergency management, business/public administration, or other related field with One (1) of those years in a supervisory position

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational skills.
