**SITE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR**

**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Directs and coordinates personnel and resources in managing services control and equipment operations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervision of the day-to-day security operation of site security staff, reporting to the Operations Manager
- Scheduling, timesheets and payroll for the site assigned
- Organize, train, lead and supervise the work of subordinates
- Employee discipline and identifies training needs among the workforce
- Conduct post checks, uniform/vehicle inspections
- Man post, relieve officers
- Ensure that all officers are thoroughly briefed on their individual post orders and are carrying out all the duties according to the client’s requirements.
- Supervise and ensure that all officers sign in and out.
- Supervise the reports of the site officers - ensure complete, accurate and timely reports
- Interviews and recommends potential employees to enhance quality of staff.
- Prepare clear, concise and comprehensive written reports

**- Scheduled Hours: Day Shift Monday - Friday**

**- On-call 24 hours a day and weekends**
- Respond to all incidents within 30 minutes of notice.
- Reports daily operating activities to management. Task Tracker Report due weekly

Errors in work could lead to moderate expenses and inconveniences. Work is typically performed under limited supervision with alternating periods of relative autonomy and general review. The supervisor generally plays a substantial role in setting objectives and organizing work.

Involves scheduling, supervision and evaluation of work as a Field Supervisor or the equivalent over the first-line supervisors (and non-supervisors, if applicable).

**Indirect Supervision**:
Involves supervision and evaluation of work as a Field Supervisor or the equivalent.

**Internal Contacts**:
Level of internal contact is primarily with professionals and supervisors. Interaction requires moderate tact and cooperation; e.g., scheduling and/or coordinating two personal calendars, resolving problems and/or obtaining necessary information.

**External Contacts**:
Level of external contact is primarily with lower-level service representative and vendors. Interaction requires moderate tact and cooperation.

Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Experience level:
