**The salary range for this role is**:
$28.10 - $33.00

**Responsibilities**:
The Warehouse Coordinator handles the scheduling of PM’s for all warehouse equipment through peak and non-peak season. Assist in directing a shift in the warehouse during the peak processing season. Assist in directing the labeling and brite stacking of finished goods. Ensure all employees have received the correct training with follow-up and re-training as necessary. Determine and coordinate crewing needs, and establish and monitor job assignments. Ensure safety within the warehouse. During non-peak processing season assist in directing employees in the indirect labeling of finished goods, maintaining safety and assisting with maintenance of warehouse equipment. Assist with the ordering and inventory of packaging materials. Food Safety & Quality Responsibilities include: Ensure product safety through enforcement of company policy and regulatory standards. Enforce company quality standards.
- Assist with maintaining a total productive maintenance program through the use of an Access based work order system. Under the direction and assistance of the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Label Line Supervisor, direct and assist a team of Crewleaders in daily, weekly, monthly and annual preventative maintenance activities. Develop an environment of teamwork with the Crewleaders through daily meetings which should include daily, weekly and monthly expectations. Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device.
- Lead, train and direct warehouse labeling operation employees with daily line set-up, daily production plans, and daily production meets quality standards and conducting quality record reviews, assisting in directing daily workflow.
- Assist Warehouse Supervision/Manager with ensuring personnel performance meets expectations in production, quality and safety.
- Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Label Line supervisor, guide and assist the maintenance team in structured projects aimed at continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- 1-3 years forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; both verbally and in written form required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
- Basic math skills required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to both work within and build a positive team environment; Work cooperatively and relate to people when giving or receiving information.
- Capable of occasionally lifting and carrying various items that may weigh up to 90-100 pounds.
- Ability to continuously walk on or maneuver around uneven floor surfaces and go up/down stairs.
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance is required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without close supervision.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to become fork-lift certified.
- Maintain accurate, neat and legible records.
- Follow all local and corporate policies and procedures.
- Ability to frequently withstand stress, including cold and hot temperatures that may occur in an active warehouse environment.
- Ability to occasionally Sit/Drive for up to 12 hours/shift.
- Ability to occasionally Enter/Exit power equipment.
- Ability to frequently bend/twist/pivot.
- Ability to frequently reach arms out front, to the sides and overhead.
- Ability to continuously sit at a desk/computer for up to 8+ hours/shift.
