What you'll do:

Facilitate reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.


Liaise with clients to ensure the accuracy of invoicing processes.


Oversee shipping and logistics operations by coordinating with warehouse personnel, clients, and shipping companies.


Perform clerical accounting procedures requiring basic to intermediate experience


Assist Plant Controller with monthly accounting close tasks such as generating system reports and completing reconciliations.


Input production and usage into ERP system from inventory control system.


Interact with various departments to gather accounting data and assist in problem resolution.


Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, filing, scanning documents, copying and processing paperwork.





We need you to have:

1 to 2 years of experience, manufacturing preferred.


Must be detail-oriented and have strong time management skills.


Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.


Ability to work additional hours as needed to accommodate work fluctuations and deadlines.


Experience using integrated ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, OnBase, and MS Office.
