**Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and 3D modeling software to produce detailed plans and visual representations. Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations for client review.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and manage procurement processes.
- Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes to meet project requirements.
- Develop compelling presentations for clients and team members.
- Cultivate and maintain positive client and vendor relationships.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the interior design industry.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
- Knowledge in studio designer (or other designer management software).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Experience with sourcing materials and furnishings. Select and be familiar with high end furniture companies, source fixtures and finishes that enhance the design concept.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and vendor relationships.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

- Solana Beach, CA 92075: Relocate before starting work (required)
