- Reconcile credit card reports using Tallie or similar platforms.
- Support HR in the hiring process and distribution of insurance information.
- Code and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Track proposals and manage related documentation.
- Assist in permit and license reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support various departments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Familiarity with other office management tools and software.
