Overview

The Contracts area is responsible for overseeing the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and management of contracts and subcontracts with both governmental and/or non-governmental organizations.

**Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the job is to provide data entry support to the Contract Management department. Responsibilities including but not limited to: Data Entry into Oracle and Salesforce, working with scanned documents and filing documents electronically. Processing price changes globally to ensure price notifications are filed appropriately with contracts and contracts records are updated. d. This position requires the individual to work independently and will be a remote worker.

**Qualifications**:

- Requires the ability to read / search contracts to extrapolate data that will be entered into the TNS SOR (System of Record).
- Completes creation of Customer records and data entry of contracts into the TNS SOR and contract database(s). Dual processing into multiple databases is required until we are fully migrated off our old system (Oracle). Salesforce is our new database of record.
- Completing the handoff after data enter via Cases to other internal teams to create accounts and implement services.
- Electronic Management of contract records, including creating electronic files and folders for the maintenance and retrieval of contractual documents, as well as filing contractual documents in the contracts database.
- May work on special projects as assigned, including other data entry tasks such as data clean-up of Customer and contract records.
