- ** Schedule**:M-F 7:30am to 4pm
- ** Location**:Will support both campuses, but could be located at either the Liberal Arts Campus (LAC) or Pacific Coast Campus (PCC)
- ** Salary**:Range 27 $4,716.52 - $5,802.25 Monthly
- ** Eligibility list: Will be valid for 12 months **once approved or ratified by the Personnel Commission. We reserve the right to use the established eligibility list for vacancies (permanent and temporary) in this classification as well as related classifications.
- ** Advanced salary placement**: Generally, new employees start at the first step on the salary schedule. Advanced salary placement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**Duties**:
**GENERAL PURPOSE**

Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks in the construction, alteration, maintenance and repair of District buildings, facilities and equipment; performs sub-journey level work in several building trades areas and assists journey level trades personnel as required; and performs related duties as assigned.

**Education, Training and Experience**:
Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent; and three (3) years of building maintenance and construction experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

**Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements**:
May require a valid California driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability under the District’s vehicle insurance policy.
