We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Worker to join our team on a temporary-to-hire basis. The Sanitation Worker will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facility. This position involves a combination of training hours from 7AM-3PM and regular shift hours from 5AM-1:30PM. Additionally, there is an opportunity for cross-training on forklift operation.

MUST have experience with a ride on 4-wheel floor scrubber.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sanitation duties according to company protocols and safety guidelines
- Utilize a Tennant vehicle.
- Will provide training on other MHE units such as a 5000lb capacity forklift to assist with other warehouse functions.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, production areas, and common spaces
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly
- Follow proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Adhere to established schedules and deadlines for sanitation tasks
- Assist with inventory management and organization of sanitation supplies
- Cross-train on forklift operation and perform related duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sanitation or related field preferred
- Will need prior experience operating a 4 wheel sit down commercial grade floor scrubber.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and undergo training as needed
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred
