About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Worker to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
  • Surface Care: Dust, sanitize, and polish surfaces, including glass, mirrors, and metal fixtures.
  • Waste Removal: Empty trash and recycling bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Light Maintenance: Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets and rooms.
Requirements
  • Custodial Experience: Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred.
  • Background Screening: Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required.
  • Safety Training: Passing a safety training course is mandatory.
Work Schedule

The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, including:

  • Wednesday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Wednesday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $16.04 per hour.
