Available Position: Seminar Assistant for Continuing Education Seminar Company (Office Admin Assistant)
Terms of Employment: Part-time: 25 hours per week, 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday, with the possibility of full-time; flexibility required
Must be reliable, organized, have excellent attention to detail with awareness and ability to meet deadlines. Looking for someone who is a multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to take direction along with initiative and dependability in carrying out assignments is a must.
Basics of Excel and Word required.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Submitting Promotional Materials - researching for and placing appropriate ‘course announcement’ publications/newsletters and submitting necessary seminar details to promote seminars.
Light Duty Packing/Shipping - Packing and shipping of course materials to seminars. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Important: Multi-tasking
- Must be able to jump from task at hand to answering phones to take seminar registrations and/or answer customer service-related inquiries, along with assisting director with a variety of tasks as they come up.
**Job Type**: Part-time, 25 hrs per week with the possibility of full-time, flexibility required
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
