Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.

We're seeking to fill the role of **Wait Staff/ Server**.

*** No experience necessary. Will train**

*** Part-Time Shifts - 4p to 7p including weekends and holidays**

**Wait Staff/ Server** **Qualifications**:

- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable and reliable, flexible in work duties and willing to go above and beyond expectations.
- Prior experience in food services and preparation in Long Term Care, preferred.

**Wait Staff/ Server** **Job Summary**:

- Communicate in a positive, caring, and helpful manner with residents, family members, and other staff.
- Work effectively within a team, receiving and offering direction and feedback as needed.
- Learn how to check for dietary changes, dismissals and transfers prior to tray-line service.
- Learn to assure accuracy of the resident’s meal tray specifications.
- Understand and communicate knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling.
- Ensure that infection control practices are always maintained and followed.
- Work other jobs within the Dietary Department as necessary.
