**Program Manager**

Astor & Sanders Corporation (Astor) is an award-winning IT solutions provider headquartered in McLean, VA and is seeking a **Program Manager**. This is a full-time remote position, with occasional on-site meetings in Washington, DC.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- The Program Manager will oversee the management and execution of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to meet the project requirements.
- Lead multiple cross-functional project teams, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and achieving program deliverables within specified timelines.
- Ensure effective communication at senior levels within a customer organization.
- Coordinate and manage program deliverables as noted in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, including leading large-scale IT projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum development methodology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
- Previous USDA experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
