The Associate Project Manager (APM) will support the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role will assist in coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The APM will also help define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Help develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
- Team Coordination and Communication:

- Facilitate effective communication within the project team.
- Schedule and lead project-related meetings, distributing agendas and minutes.
- Assist in managing project team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and present project reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and issues, providing timely updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist in resolving project issues and conflicts.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
- Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for the Project Manager.
- Assist in implementing best practices and process improvements.
- Assist in the management of project budgets and resource allocation.
- Track project costs and provide financial reports.
- Ensure project resources are utilized efficiently.

Job Requirements

Education, Certification/Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
