Junior Cannabis Cultivator

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Cannabis Cultivator to work in our greenhouses this summer. This is a temporary role which would last from the beginning of June until the end of October.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Trim and sort cannabis flowers with precision and care.

Water plants in Greenhouse

Defoliate Plants in Greenhouse

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly quotas.

Adhere to all company protocols and state regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

**Job Type**: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
