**Position Overview**: As the Receptionist at CME Associates, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Greet Visitors**: Welcome clients and visitors to the office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Answer Phones**: Manage incoming calls, transferring to appropriate individuals, and taking messages when necessary.
- **Manage Front Desk**: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image of the company.
- **Assist with Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- **Handle Incoming and Outgoing Mail**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup or delivery.
