**Key Responsibilities**:Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies**:

- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Elevation Academy’s goals and target audience.
- Plan and execute campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.

**Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels and engage with our community in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster relationships with followers, respond to comments and messages, and encourage user-generated content.
- Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand ambassadors.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and trends.
- Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing plans.
- Collaborate with coaches and other stakeholders to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Elevation Academy at the forefront of social media innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
