Executive Personal Assistant / Client Relations

We are seeking an entry level part-time (25-30 hours) administrative assistant for a small team of financial advisors and support staff. We are a small partnership of financial advisors whose practice focuses on financial planning and wealth management for middle to high net worth families and small businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and innovative individual that can help us organize our onboarding process, increase customer retention, and ultimately increase client acquisition, while maintaining efficiency and scale.

**Key Skillsets**:

- Basic understanding and interest in financial planning topics and wealth management
- Efficient in technology and Microsoft Office (DocuSign, Zoom, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work with and build CRM databases
- Comfort and confidence working with clients to gather necessary onboarding information
- Attention to detail, attentiveness, and professionalism

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- BA in Management, Finance, Marketing, or other business related field
- Prior job in sales, finance, marketing, administration, or management

**Job Tasks**:

- Onboarding new clients by collecting PII, contact, and other information for opening new financial accounts
- Interacting with clients to make them feel comfortable during the onboarding process
- Managing CRM database inputs, maintaining and organizing client records
- Managing and scheduling client outreach process
- Preparing client meeting reports and deliverables
- Planning client events and special announcements
- Administrative assistance in preparing client presentations and plans
- Customer outreach to help with completion of onboarding process
- Brainstorming to develop new marketing plans to drive client acquisition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
