Order Entry/shipping/expeditor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Entry**:

- Accurately input order data into our management system.
- Maintain and update customer information and order details.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to clarify order specifications and requirements.
- **Shipping**:

- Prepare and package products for shipping according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Schedule shipments and arrange for transportation.
- Manage documentation such as shipping labels, bills of lading, and other related paperwork.
- **Expeditor**:

- Monitor the production schedule to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
- Coordinate between various departments to prevent any delays in production or shipping.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in order entry, shipping, or production planning in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sheet metal industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and typical office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
