Teller/member Service Representative

**Job Summary**
**Long Beach Firemen's Credit Union is looking for an experienced Full-Time Member Service Representative I, II, III (Teller) who can provide excellent service while cross-training in various areas of the credit union.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Selling money orders and cashier's checks
- Opening New Accounts
- Assist members with loan requests
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer
- Answer phones
- Assist with account research and back office functions
- IRA experience is a plus
- Consumer Lending a plus
- Credit/Debit card experience is a plus
The above is a non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. All duties are to be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Minimum of 1 Year recent MSR/Teller experience with a Bank or Credit Union**:
- **Computer skills including Microsoft WORD and Excel**:
- **Cash handling**:
- **Outstanding customer service skills**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:
- **Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.**
