Job Summary Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and execute complex projects from end to end across multiple sites.
- Heavy Job - All aspects of Administration from Job setup to payroll export.
- Heavy Bid - Maintenance of Code books and all administrative tasks.
- Safety - Ensure compliance with corporate EH&S requirements.
- E360 - Working with Fleet and Maintenance departments to ensure accurate fleet recordkeeping.
- Train new and existing employees on project-related software and provide timely updates regarding software upgrades and new product roll outs.
- Maintain open communication with Project leaders to ensure effective problem resolution and establishment of priorities.
- Maintain high level knowledge of all HCSS modules and display the ability to identify opportunities for enhancement.

- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must have been in a role supporting 500 or more users.
- 4+ years of Application Support experience. Preferably in construction or related industries.
- 3+ years of direct HCSS support and maintenance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites throughout North America and work effectively in a construction site environment.
- PMP Certification (preferred)
