**Clubhouse Manager**

**Position Overview**: As the Clubhouse Manager, you will assume responsibility for the daily operations of our clubhouse, facilities and club grounds. You will work closely with various department heads to exceed member expectations on a daily basis. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the club's atmosphere, ensuring member satisfaction and upholding our standards of excellence in customer service. We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional communication skills, energy and a passion for creating positive and lasting experiences and family memories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of clubhouse operations and scheduling for front desk, housekeeping, youth attendants, pool and closing staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination between the various areas of the club in terms of operations, special events, club activities and more.
- Maintain a strong and visible presence within the club, interacting with members and staff to ensure their needs are met and all staff are aligned and focused.
- Communicate expectations clearly to all staff members and motivate them to deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Ensure that member events are running smoothly and routinely check in so that all needs and requests are met in a timely manner.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Winter Club of Lake Forest offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life and AD&D, Simple IRA, paid vacation, and a cell phone allowance.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
