- Verify insurance information and process patient payments
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical records management and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Coordinate with the dental team to provide excellent patient service
- Handle front desk duties effectively to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using medical scheduling software such as eClinicalWorks or Epic
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and vendors
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus

Joining our team as a Dental Receptionist offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of our dental office while providing exceptional service to our patients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
