**Position: Solar Project CoordinatorLocation: Northridge, CA 91325Type: Full-time, In-Office Only**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for all project facets, from permit offices and subcontractors to homeowners, ensuring clear communication from start to finish.
- Interact with customers at a professional level, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with our database to onboard installers for jobs, occasionally finding new installers as needed.
- Oversee multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency and precision.
- Coordinate between department staff, field installers, permit offices, and utility companies.
- Report to the project manager and keep accurate records in the CRM system while following established procedures.
- Meet goals for project shipping, installing, funding, and closing.
- Plan ahead to line up the project pipeline, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion.
- Utilize negotiation skills to ensure favorable terms and foster strong relationships with installers and other stakeholders.
- Build rapport and strong relationships to encourage stakeholders to go the extra mile.
- Analyze the project pipeline to spot and avoid bottlenecks using CRM tools, including filters and full reports.
- Ensure that all staff receive the required training and the tools required to execute the duties of their roles.
- Be flexible and able to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business priorities.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Solar Project Coordinator to join our team. The Coordinator will be involved in all stages of solar system installation, from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, negotiation skills, and a collaborative mindset.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Act as a liaison between sales, installation teams, local permit offices, distributors, and customers.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with homeowners and installers.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to create construction plans for residential solar systems.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking any deviations.
- Work with local building departments to obtain necessary permits.
- Coordinate material shipments.
- Manage various phases of the installation, transitioning seamlessly between tasks.
- Ensure timely project shipping, installation, funding, and closing.
- Plan ahead to line up the project pipeline, ensuring smooth operations.
