**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Three (3) years of experience in grocery operations.
- **Organization Master**: Organized and efficient.
- **People Person**: Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and all levels of management.
- **Tech Savvy**: Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
- **Leadership Skills**: Able to lead a team.
- **Keen Eye for Detail**: Previous checking and ordering experience is a plus.
- **Continuous Learner**: Completion of Retail Management Certification Program is a plus.

Union Scale/Hourly Rate: $27.10
