The **Business** **Product Owner, Regulatory Systems & Innovation** supports the company’s strategic goals by designing and delivering new and improved features and functionality within their assigned area of responsibility.

They will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to translate customer requests and emerging regulatory requirements into a prioritised roadmap of features that maximises the delivery of value to the business and ensures the continuous improvement of GSK regulatory systems and processes.

**In this role you will**:

- Create and prioritise product backlog items based on business value and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, usage stats, user feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions and shape the requirements.
- Lead Sprint/Iteration Planning, Reviews and Retrospective as part of the agile delivery process. Where required, mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing team
- Represent the voice of the customer. Act as conduit between the Business and Technical teams.
- Partner with Process, Data and Business Change teams as needed to ensure seamless delivery into the business with mínimal disruption to end users and business operations

**Basic Qualifications & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a Life Sciences and Regulatory Affairs setting.
- Experience of working with different methodologies. Good understanding of SAFe agile framework and guiding principles. Able to adapt approach as needed to ensue successful delivery
- Service/customer-oriented attitude and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in an interdisciplinary and matrix environment.
- Possesses a digital mindset embracing technology/tools as a catalyst for innovation, efficiency and growth
- Focuses on value - identifies and prioritizes initiatives based on value to the company
- Has strong sense of urgency, able to effectively prioritize such that key issues or emerging high priority matters are handled in a timely and effective way.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Product Owner/Product Manager certification
- Veeva Vault Business Administrator training
- Experience working with JIRA
- Experience working with Smartsheet
