We are currently seeking a **Project Coordinator **to join our team at our shop in **Avon, MA. **Our Project Coordinators directly assists Project Managers using knowledge of civil engineering, drafting, highway signing, and mathematical principles.

**The starting pay is $25.00 per hour and will increase based on experience.**

**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate and supervise work. Attend meetings with General Contractors and Owners.
- Examine highway/roadway plans and structural shop drawings to gather general information required for sign fabrication and installation
- Prepare legible and accurate shop drawings and calculation sheets by hand or by computer aided design (CAD) system.
- Submit drawings and calculations to contractors and agencies for approval.
- Perform field survey elevations and layout.
- Compile quantities of work performed from foreman’s daily reports to use for billing customers.
- Contact customers to verify item quantities for billing and resolves any discrepancies.
- Assist Senior Project Manager.

**What We Need from You**:

- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent is highly preferred
- Zero to Three years of civil engineering or construction experience. **Entry-Level Position**:

- Read and comprehend highway/roadway plans and specifications
- Utilize CAD, Word and Excel.
- Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
