**THE ROLE**

As a Creative QA Specialist, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of our packaging design files, presentation decks, and copy documents. You will work closely with our design, copywriting and project management teams to identify and rectify any typos, errors, and inconsistencies in our client deliverables.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review Packaging Design Files:

- Check for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, and grammatical errors in design files.
- Verify the accuracy of content against copy documents and/or master design files provided by clients and internal teams.
- QA Presentation Decks:

- Review presentation decks for consistency in formatting, spelling, grammar, and overall presentation quality.
- Copy Document Review:

- Proofread and edit copy documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and error-free content.
- Cross-check copy documents with client provided materials and/or design files to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to communicate findings and ensure timely corrections.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of errors found and corrections made.
- Generate QA reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Experience and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA or proofreading role, preferably in an agency environment.
- Prior experience working in FMCG, CPG and brand strategy preferred.
- Familiarity with packaging design processes and terminology preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
- Excellent comprehension of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Click Up, Miro, etc.
- Prior experience with supporting larger scale production and delivery of 100+ SKUs would be ideal.
