Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking two Loan Processor to join our Farm Credit EXPRESS (FCE) team in our Mount Joy Branch located at 15 Eby Chiques Road. The hours of operations are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to make a difference for agriculture and rural communities.

**Areas of responsibility include**:
Loan/Lease Processing - Performs various functions of the loan/lease process including:
Application through Decision
- Monitors the Credit Delivery process including AgScore, evaluates Credit Bureau Report information, and acquires the proper credit decisions.
- Reconciles all Fraud alerts, OFAC alerts, Name & SS# Discrepancies according to the Programs Red Flag requirements.

Loan/Lease Documentation
- Prepares all loan/lease/legal documents necessary for closing.
- Monitors Dealership Invoices for comparison to the Application for accuracy.
- Pre-Closing Review process - review of all loan/lease documentation prepared by others to assist in the completeness and accuracy of each loan/lease package.
- Performs all phases of administrative and clerical functions involved in the processing of FCE Document packages.

Loan/Lease Closing
- Ensures all conditions are met and required insurance and collateral is in place when closing the loan/lease.
- Processes loan & commission checks, Coal and GL entries necessary for the accurate booking of FCE loans/leases.
- Verifies the proper lien position was acquired.
- Post-Closing Review process - review of Closed Packages prepared by others to assist in the completeness and accuracy of each loan/lease package.
- Sets up necessary follow-up steps in order to obtain Original signed loan/lease documents.
- Ensures Associations are receiving Closed Packages and Original Collateral documents within 5 business days of closing.
- Next day review of completed work for quality and compliance measures.
- Performs all phases of administrative and clerical functions involved in the closing of FCE loans/leases.

Customer Service
- Ensures that existing and potential members, dealerships and salespeople receive prompt, courteous service.
- Provides information as to programs, policies and procedures.

Documenting the Transaction
- Ensures Application Notes, in all stages of the loan/lease process, are recorded timely within the FCE portal and that they accurately provide a descriptive and complete accounting of the transaction for all parties involved in the transaction to review.
- Pipeline Management
- Meet target turnaround times.
- Ensure workflows and follow ups are maintained daily to ensure all work that comes in by close of business each day is in process.
- Provide supportto Processing Team members when necessary to ensure prompt customer service according to policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must possess a high school diploma
- Zero experience up to five years of experience desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to managing multiple priorities effectively and efficiently with a high degree of accuracy to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to develop and work well in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to initiate, organize and prioritize work required.
- Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.

Salary Range: $40,500 - $50,000, depending on previous experience
