**HOUSEKEEPING FOR LUXURY CONDO IN BEVERLY HILLS - 5+ Years Exp.**

**We are looking for**: Part-time or Full-time Housekeeper to work 3 to 4 days a week travelling between Home and Medical office in Beverly Hills. Must have at least 5+ years experience cleaning Luxury Homes & cleaning medical environments is a plus.

**We are NOT looking for**: Hotel cleaning, rental property, your personal home, Uber drivers, Care Givers or Nannies.

**JOB DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Cleaning a 1+2 high-rise condo - Laundry, watering plants, assisting in taking care of 2 cats
- Errands
- Able to follow a checklist on a calendar with very little management once training on how to do each task
- Admin tasks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must speak/read/write English at least on a high school level.
- 5+ years of professional luxury housekeeping experience
- Must live within a 45-minute drive of Beverly Hills
- Strong work ethic, honest, truthful
- 100% reliable
- Detailed oriented. Highly focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly.
- Works fast and thrives in a fast-paced and busy work environment where priorities can change during the day.
- Must own a car, insurance, and a California driver’s License.
- A stable background.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, detailed, organized, able to follow directions and systems, and professional.
- Have at professional references
