**Description**

We are seeking a friendly and motivated real estate agent to join our boutique brokerage team. As a real estate agent, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the exciting process of buying and selling properties. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, gaining valuable experience and building a successful career in the real estate industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support
- Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiating terms and conditions on their behalf
- Coordinate property viewings and open house events to showcase properties
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with other real estate agents, lenders, and lawyers to ensure a smooth transaction process

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license in Georgia
- Proven track record of success as a real estate agent
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems is a plus

Additional Information: Real estate agents are independent contractors, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time real estate agents in our program make $40,000 - $90,000 in their first 1-2 years, while our experienced and top real estate agents/teams can make $100,000+.

Pay: $86,921.00 - $100,100.00 per year
