- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding electronic device repairs, troubleshooting, and service inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer accounts
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on repair status, satisfaction surveys, and promotional offers
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or accessories to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
