Front-end Team Lead

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate activities of the front-end team, which may include cashiers, baggers, and customer service associates.
2. Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing staff.
3. Ensure that all transactions (returns, exchanges, purchases) are processed accurately and efficiently.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the store's front-end area.
6. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including cash drawer counts, change fund verification, and all necessary paperwork.
7. Assist in the planning and implementation of store’s promotions and sales.
8. Enforce company policies and procedures while adhering to all safety policies.
9. Assist with inventory management and control.
10. Work closely with store management to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
5. Knowledge of cash management and retail operations.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
8. High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certifications in Retail Management or related fields are a plus.9. Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
