BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Rehab Department Secretary** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. **St. Joseph’s Hospital** is well known for its advanced medical technologies and outstanding patient care, with more than 70 specialties represented among our medical teams. **Department Secretary responsibilities**:
- Provides general secretarial support to the department.
- Duties may include maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings, inventory and ordering of supplies, greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members, word processing and computer program use, directing calls, recording minutes at assigned meetings, time and attendance, and any other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent GED required
- 1 year office experience required
- Healthcare experience preferred
