Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any invoice or payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage with vendor and tenant payment process using accounting software
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and support

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in using property management accounting software such as Yardi.
- Familiarity with Yardi PayScan, or other payroll processing platforms is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: $21.91 - $26.38 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
