OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE OF JOB

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical devices and related materials. This role ensures strict compliance with industry regulations and standards, while maintaining high levels of productivity and safety. The Warehouse Supervisor manages a team of warehouse workers and ensures that operations adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory requirements.

KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork, leading by example.

Ensure all warehouse operations comply with cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Maintain proper documentation and records to meet regulatory requirements.

Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper labeling, and timely cycle counts.

Implement and maintain inventory management procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and expedite orders

Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all warehouse operations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Stay updated with industry trends and recommend best practices in warehouse management.

Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Conduct regular safety training and ensure the team adheres to all regulatory and company safety requirements.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.

Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance metrics, including compliance and audit results.

Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

Coordinate repairs and servicing as needed to prevent disruptions in operations.

QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING

**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical device manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

**Skills**:
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
