Machine Operator

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work a first shift opportunity at a private industrial employer in Worcester. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity on first shift - 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. The company has an excellent benefit package.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Accurately identifies the typical mixes and raw materials and supplies to verify against the work orders and process folders.
- Requires knowledge of the various coating machines and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Utilizes skills in adjusting machinery to assure proper coating and avoiding product damage.

**WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
SOME PRIOR INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE DESIRED, COATING EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

HIGH SCHOOL OR VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA.

ABILITY TO CONSISTENTLY LIFT 50LBS AND STAND THROUGHOUT THE WORK DAY.
