**Project Controls Specialist**: Full-Time Tomball, Texas 20/06/2024

FourQuest is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to join our team. The primary role of this position is to support project controls practices on assigned projects, with the goal to meet scope, schedule, and budget performance. This role will work alongside the Project Manager to develop and maintain schedule, cost, and scope adherence.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of project controls processes and procedures for assigned projects to set up a framework for managing scope, budget and schedule.
- Work with project manager, operations manager, sales lead, accounts payable, proposals engineer, and other team leads to develop work breakdown structure and/or cost/billable breakdown structure.
- Understand and manage commercial structure of contract(s) for services implemented on assigned project(s) and implement reporting measures to ensure compliance.
- Interact with engineering, operations, client project discipline leads to understand issues and conflicts impacting schedule.
- Organize and implement changes in contract scope via client approved change order process and procedures.
- Coordinate with necessary project management and coordination members for timely collection and approval of timesheets, daily reports, LEMS, etc.
- Participate in project coordination meetings
- Conduct schedule baseline and schedule update reviews
- Participate in development of cost estimates
- The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:

- Oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Perform other duties as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Preferred 5 -10 years of progressive experience in a project control or management function
- Experience in industrial cleaning, pre-commissioning cleaning, or specialized engineered services.
- Experience in new construction project work environments in various Energy Sectors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, as well as other PMP, software and tools.
- Ability to travel
- PMP

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in industrial cleaning services in the new construction industry.
- The capability to actively progress knowledge in the areas of:

- Oral and written communication skills
- Commercial prioritization of contract management
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Coordination and prioritization of multiple long and short-term tasks
- Organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
