**Healthcare Planner I & II**

The Innova Group is a Healthcare Planning Consultancy with offices and staff in Austin, Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Chicago, Colorado Springs, Dallas, Minneapolis, Nashville, and Tucson. Since 1995, our multidisciplinary team have been developing innovative strategic capital investment solutions for healthcare systems, both nationally and overseas. We offer a small, entrepreneurial team culture with direct leadership mentoring, training, and involvement.

**Salary Range: $60,000-100,000**
- Acquire, normalize, analyze, and maintain multi-sector data (patient/facility/physician)
- Analyze, forecast, and display findings to support project requirements.
- Demonstrate growing expertise utilizing healthcare planning metrics and emerging trends to define operational requirements (space and staff)
- Support development of complete healthcare planning documentation for regional service delivery, functional programming, and facility master planning.
- Provide 3d modeling and graphics support for healthcare facility and strategic planning activities.

**Qualifications Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following programs: Healthcare, Business, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Architecture, GIS, or other data/analysis intensive major. Master’s or professional degree desirable.
- Problem seeker/problem solving skills.
- Team player
- Ability to create/communicate relevant solutions to complex problems.

**Experience/Technical Skills Desired**
- 1-2 years of healthcare experience in related Innova core sectors (healthcare strategy, operations, capital/facility/equipment planning)
- Data Management experience
- Healthcare Data Analysis experience (Decision Support / Finance / etc.)
- Graphics capability - able to portray data/analysis visually.
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam experience
- MS Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel (intermediate proficiency - Pivot tables, complex “if” statements, conditional formatting)

**Complementary Skills and Knowledge**
- Business Intelligence Tools
- Tableau
- Alteryx
- Power Bi
- SQL: intermediate to advanced proficiency
- GIS Experience (Data or Graphics Side)
- Biomedical Equipment experience

**Location/Benefits/Travel**

These positions are being offered at our Tucson office located at 5255 E. Williams Circle, Suite 6000. We offer paid vacation, healthcare, healthcare savings account, 401K, and profit-sharing benefits. Travel is project based and variable but is typically less than 5 nights per month for this position.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
