The Operations Manager leads, inspires, and motivates supervisors and employees to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement, and a safe working environment is achieved.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Recruit, train, manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Organize, document and develop company processes
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational skills

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operational Management, related field of study or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing management roles required.
