**Job Title: Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Associates at the UPS Store, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support with a focus on ensuring their shipping, printing, and business service needs are met. You will be responsible for assisting customers with packaging, shipping, printing, and other services offered by the UPS Store, as well as handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with packaging items securely for shipping.
- Provide information and assistance on shipping options, rates, and delivery times.
- Process shipments using UPS shipping software and equipment.
- Handle printing services including copying, printing, binding, and laminating.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Upsell additional services and products to customers when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Willingness to learn UPS shipping software and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
- Manual dexterity to operate packaging and printing equipment.
