Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Redbird, a leading retail company in Milwaukee, is seeking a meticulous Stockroom Clerk to join our team. As a Stockroom Clerk at Redbird, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockroom to ensure smooth store operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming merchandise shipments and verify their accuracy
- Unload and unpack merchandise, ensuring that items are properly handled and stored
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring that items are stored in designated areas and easily accessible
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
- Prepare merchandise for display on the sales floor, including tagging and labeling items
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining an organized and tidy store environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient stockroom operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
