Experienced Sales Representative

**Mt. Kisco Honda** is a prestigious automotive dealership dedicated to providing customers with high-quality vehicles and exceptional service. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

As an Experienced Sales Representative at **Mt. Kisco Honda**, you will be an essential part of our sales team, leveraging your sales expertise to help customers choose the right vehicle and provide them with an outstanding buying experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide information about available models, features, and options.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the specifications, features, and pricing of our vehicles. Provide detailed information to customers.

**Demonstration**: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.

**Sales Process**: Guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, negotiation, financing options, and completing the sales paperwork.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

**Sales Goals**: Achieve or exceed established sales targets and objectives.

**Follow-up**: Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture leads and build lasting relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Valid driver's license.
- Product knowledge of Honda and Acura vehicles is a plus.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for managing customer information and sales activities
- Strong account management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for better communication with Spanish-speaking customers

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission.
