We are looking for a Production Roaster to join our team to roast our coffee and do general production roasting tasks such as receiving greens, batching, blending, cleaning/maintenance, and from time to time helping out with bagging and fulfillment. As we run multiple roasting shifts most days, a portion of your day will entail covering breaks and doing various prep work to support the next shift.

Our ideal is someone focused and organized who is passionate about coffee, has roasted in a professional context for no less than two years, and has worked with Probat coffee roasters. Familiarity with Cropster and a solid cupping background are beneficial.

You need the ability to work on your feet for 10+ hours, lift up to 60lb (154lb assisted), climb ladders, and hear audible cues. You will be required to work Federal Holidays (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) as the warehouse is open.

Our roasting shifts are 6-8 hours Monday-Sunday, a mix of opens and closes, including no less than one day on the weekend. On occasion very early opens and very late closes will be necessary to meet the requirements of daily production.
