We can’t wait to have you join our team We are all about healthy habits, happiness, healthy food, mindful eating, and of course **AVOCADO TOAST**

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for welcoming and taking orders from customers
- Making drinks up to company standards
- Responsible for preparing coffee, toasts, acai bowls, and smoothies and educating customers about the menu.
- Assist in the preparation of catering orders
- Help with food prep, from washing, peeling, cutting, mixing, and seasoning
- Maintain a good work environment
- Ensure food quality is consistent and delivered efficiently, everything MUST be picture ready
- Complete all required training and follow specifications for each food item
- Assist with the new food artist training program
- Communicate with the manager or shift lead about any issues, or if inventory is low
- Act like an owner, deal with customer complaints, and solve them in a timely manner.
- Follow Avotoasty’s recipes, policies, and procedures
- Ensure you arrive on time for every shift
- Share your happiness and knowledge of food with our customers
- Jump to other positions if required, eg. cover barista station
- Maintenance of Health and Safety standards, including, but not limited to labeling and storing food, caring cleaning during, sanitizing, and washing dishes, among others.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as being Barista
- Latte art experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Passionate about healthy food and creating art
- Being reliable and consistent
- Food experience preferred
- Obsessed with details and take pride of your work
- Positive can-do attitude
- Food handler’s permit
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be on your feet the majority of the day
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with the dress code and uniform

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
