Telescope Coffee is a POC women-owned business. We strive to serve amazing pastries and coffee that are made on premises. We are both a bakery and coffee shop with an open kitchen concept.

Our ideal candidate would be able to and not limited to

  • Welcoming guests in a kind and friendly manner
  • Working well with other colleagues
  • Be able to answer any questions regarding allergies, knowing our coffee beans and pastries
  • Work independently, efficiently and tidy
  • Punctual
  • Dependable
  • Flexible schedule to be able to open and/or close
  • MUST WORK SATURDAYS
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team
A few daily tasks for baristas include and not limited to this list are
-doing dishes
-keeping the shop well stocked and clean, including the bathroom.
-must follow all food saftey regulations

A few perks with working with us is that we have a small team which helps with splitting tips. We have our staff try new menu items before we release it to the public. We value our staff's opinions and do tastings together
