The Shipping Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Warehouse Manager in meeting daily logistics activities at our busy warehouse. This individual will be responsible for coordinating shipments of equipment and bulk goods in both domestic and import movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers. The Shipping Coordinator will utilize various logistics software, including Google Sheets, to manage shipping processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating shipments and logistics activities.
- Coordinate shipments of equipment and bulk goods for domestic and export movements.
- Utilize Google Sheets and other logistics software to track and manage shipments.
- Assist with inbound deliveries and logistics as needed.
- Confirm inventory readiness for shipping in coordination with the Warehouse Manager.
- Maintain regular communication with Customer Service Representatives, Carriers, and 3rd Party Logistics partners.
- Respond to after-hours and weekend logistics needs, ensuring a safe work environment consistent with the company's culture.
- Attend meetings and address items in the event of the Warehouse Manager's absence.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Team in headquarters.
- Support Departmental Supervisors in providing direction and assistance to hourly personnel in all shipping functions.
- Attend meetings to deliver status reports on improving the overall shipping process, including on-time delivery and cost management through invoice monitoring and carrier management.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.89 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
