We are seeking experienced and reliable Long Distance Dealer Exchange Drivers to join our team. As a Long Distance Dealer Exchange Driver, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles between dealerships across long distances, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport vehicles between dealerships over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering vehicles on time and in pristine condition.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle operation, safety, and security.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a long-haul truck driver or similar role.
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
- Flexibility to work long hours and travel overnight as needed.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic mechanical skills is a plus.
