Job Title: Provider Relations Coordinator
Department: Provider Relations
**About the Role**:
Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a different. We are looking for a dedicated Provider Relation Coordinator like you to be part of our team. The role will report to the Provider Relations Director and assist the department in complying with IPAs and Health Plans standards.
**What You’ll Do**:
- A liaison for the department in routine administrative and project coordination activities, including phone calls, inquiries, and any other matters as designated
- Coordinate department projects and tasks based on priority to help meet expectations and deadlines
- Follow through on all aspects of the tasks or project life cycle from beginning to end in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and effective manner
- Generate and maintain accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of activities
- Assists Provider Relations VP and Director in the daily functions of administrative services
- Other duties assigned by department leaders
**Qualifications**:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent years of experience - preferred
- 1-2 years of general healthcare experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

**Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions**:
- Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Drive, El Monte, CA 91731.
- Occasionally required to work overtime and /or during the weekend. Must always have and maintain a reliable source of transportation.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $21.00 - $26.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
