Zhong Yong Management Inc is a large real estate development, management, and investment company, we mainly develop our projects in California, mostly in the Los Angeles area. We currently have over 10 projects under development. Most of our projects starts with acquisition, design, development, property management, leasing, and selling.
**Position Summary**
**Real Estate Social Media Coordinator**
We seek a highly motivated and energetic, effective multi-tasker in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. It must be an organizational GURU Applicants should have a positive can-do attitude and be seeking long-term employment. Impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.
**Responsibilities**
- MUST have social media working experience, like Website, YouTube, Twitter, and facebook.
- Assist the general manager in handling daily affairs
- Communicate and coordinate with various departments of the company
- Create compelling and engaging content across multiple platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and conversations to identify opportunities for real-time engagement and viral content.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Explore and implement influence collaborations, partnerships, and cross-promotion opportunities to expand our sales
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree,and 1 year of related work experience
- Proficient in using Office-related software.
- Strong writing and language skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is a big plus.
- A deep passion for content and a thorough understanding of trends, and creator fan bases.
- Ability to think creatively, stay on top of emerging trends, and come up with out-of-the-box campaign ideas.
- Excellent copy-writing and visual storytelling skills to create captivating content.
